I would like to take a moment to introduce myself and let you know the answer to the question you must have who is Bob Rowe.
If I was asked to describe myself I would say I am just an ordinary guy that some super ordinary things have happened to.
This is the journey I have taken to find out why me and how did it happen, can I make it work better for me and can anyone have it happen for them?
Most friends and clients would say I am different and seem to see things in a different way. I think that is true not something special just that it seems my brain comes up with these questions that I have to find an answer for. Part of understanding why and how the brain does this has been the driving force to understand this unlimited brain.
There are no special gifts that I have in fact if anything learning things in the way taught in school was always difficult for me. As it turns out this is probably why my life’s journey has gone this way.
Through the many years and experiences that have happened to me they kept pointing to a direction to follow. I say this happened to me because there is no way I could have crafted this life journey and have it turn out this way.
I know you have had the experience when you look back at what happened in your life things turned out that left you wondering wasn’t I lucky or that sure happened at the right time. Maybe even bad experiences you found how it ultimately turned out to be a good thing.
It has been my experience the brain is unlimited; it is a receiver of information, a processor of information and a transmitter of information.
The thing we all have to know is there is a process of tapping into the unlimited potential of the brain to get the best and most benefit possible.
Most of the process can be understood by a few simple rules discovered in neuroscience of how the brain responds. This does not mean having to know the neurochemicals, the parts of the brain, the pathways and spinal cord tracks. They are just what went on behind the scene as the brain goes through its basic working process.
Think of it this way do you have to know anything about the engine in your car to be able to drive it down the road? Not really you just need to know to put the key in the ignition, turn it on, put it in gear, step on the gas and steer it in the right direction and of course take your foot off the accelerator and put it on the brake to stop.
My life’s work is around how the nervous system works. I am a chiropractor and always go back to our professions roots the nervous system and keeping it free from interference on as many levels as possible.
The benefits my clients receive are the results of applying these simple rules of neuroscience to how the brain works. If it works for the brain it works for the body.
If you notice I don’t call the people that come to me patients. Patients by nature must have a condition or disease. I don’t really treat conditions or diseases. The point is when a client comes to me they are asking for help the help I can give them is to identify what less than optimal nervous system patterns they have learned and get their brain to pay attention to what it has accepted as the way it should work. When the brain gets the right information about what it is doing it now has an option to change.
There is a simple cycle of body stress leading to pain. The body is asked to do a certain task and the brain responds the brain doesn’t warn you that it will hurt you if you keep going and of course we keep going. The result is tissue stress, irritation, inflammation and then pain. If you repeat this tissue stress, irritation and inflammation accumulate your body doesn’t heal properly and your condition becomes chronic. At this point your brain has been taught a habit and the cycle repeats itself. You have an ingrained habit pattern that must be changed to have a different result or to stop the pain from returning.
So in actual fact my job is not to primarily change the body it is to change the brain programming that keeps the body from working at its best possible level.
You could say I don’t move bones I get the brain to change the programming keeping the spine from its ideal state.
How I do this is another subject I will go over later. I will just say it is easier than it sounds and just about anybody can learn it.
The term stress in the way we use it today is basically a negative effect we experience when we are exposed to a situation that we are having difficulty dealing with. It is our brain and its programming having difficulty sorting things out.
Experts in the field of stress claim that 90% of all disease is a result of the effects of stress on the body.
We are all naturally healthy it is just our brain body habits that get off track that has the body struggle to keep healthy.
A lot of my writing comes about because my clients have the wrong brain programming (accepted beliefs) about why they have the so called condition they have. Much of my time is spent teaching them to use their brains in a way that fosters healing. There is a brain state a certain frequency that enhances healing and a certain brain state that interrupts ideal healing.
The more I can get my clients to understand and use these simple techniques and processes the faster they recover their ideal brain programming on many levels.
This understanding of how the brain processes came after many years of struggle to understand this. The processes turned out to be so simple I just kept missing it.
I have a master practitioner in NLP, and have studied, brain gym, many neuro-emotional techniques, many energy and quantum healing approaches. Then there have been the nutritional approaches, botanical medicine, homeopathy, acupuncture. I even co-owned a company that designed and manufactured laser acupuncture equipment. I could go on.
The interesting thing I have recognized over the years is there is this certain brain state that fosters an incredible desire to know and create. This is the zone of maximum accomplishment and it happens in sports, inventing, art, and endeavors of all kinds of and all other fields. This is also a state of maximum healing.
This is the state I seek to get better at mastering and here you will find the simple processes and techniques to accomplish this state.
It is not easy and at first implementing them is a challenge. Persistence to keep using the simple techniques will eventually have your brain reminding you to apply them. At this point they become the new habits of success in all you do.
My deepest desire is for you to master these simple approaches and enhance your life on every level. When you do this you raise the consciousness of all humanity.
